Un-Pimp My Ride

Post by Detroit_Diesel »

"VW strikes again: Un-Pimp My Ride [VIDEOS]

If you thought Volkswagen's "GTI Fast" TV commercials were funny, wait until you see the company's latest creation. Three new GTI commercials are now airing with a simple theme: "Unpimp your auto!" An obvious parody of the hit TV series, "Pimp My Ride," the ads feature the German engineers at VW smashing "pimped"economy cars, and replacing them with the new GTI. Even if you're not a VW fan, you'll probably enjoy these ads."

Im really not a VW fan but those ads are hilárious!!

It's about time!

I haven't seen any of those here...Not surprised, though. The resulting 'bongo party' response would be horrendous.

"Time to un-pimp the auto"

Sort of sounds like he's getting sexual pleasure from this!

About time the 'Jhermans' put an end to the ricer nonsence. The blonde isn't too bad looking I might say.

I may be trading in my Jetta for one of these GTI's (base model with the bare minimum of useless fteatures), if I do then I hear they'll send me one of those 'Fast' things, bitchin?

Do you get the 5-door GTI in the States?

A friend of my father's has a 5-door GTI, in white. It looks very good, and it's a hoot to drive.

The man is also a Golf nut. It's his 3rd Golf.
