SERIOUS login problems

if you lost password you dont get any by using the retrieve password back link. you get an useless email without any password at all. You only get a link BUT if you want a new pass you have to know your old!! How ironic can it be

Should be fixed.............

This appears to be an issue which is affecting a small number of people. We are looking into this and hope to have a solution in place to fix the issue permanently.

The retrieve password function provides a one time login link (rather than sending a new password) that you can use to log straight into the site and change your password.

I've now implemented the ability to change your password upon using the one-time login link so this should solve any problems regarding the site asking for your old password.
