1) About
This mod has nothing to do with original High Resolution mode done by Razor. I decide to do better conversion with more differences.
2) Installing
Just unzip carmageddon directory.

- All cars now changed to new hi-res models
- Added a new textures to some tracks

Who thought it'd be a good idea to have ALTERED controls with a modification like this, according to lemonrev? (Plus, shouldn't mods like this be 'texture packs', 'replacements', etc.?)

Um so yeah ill be blunt, no real explination or pics and stuff, so I downloaded it, started the game, dident see anything diffrent, so i stoped, opend up the data folder looked at the textures, dident see anything diffrent,
honistly to me it just looked like vinilla C2, (wich is carmageddon 2, so if you dont find it too rude, um Id like to ack what youve done? cause I cant find it :/

This is indeed totally worthless.
The guy did nothing but write some achievements in a text file (what the hell).
There's no hi-res model, no new model at all actually, just Pip's Mad Morris remake but it's not installed.
The textures from Toxic-Ragers were made by Stainless as they are the original textures before they were shrinked down for the release. IMO only like 20-25% of the textures are a bit bigger with these (not that it's not of an improvement).
If anyone was interested by this, he should simply download the Vanilla C2 pack instead :)
