I wanna know whats the BEST Paint Program so i can skin cars, I tried using regular
" Paint " For win98 , that aint gonna work.
I need something that can do SWEET paint Jobs. Thanx for the Info PEACE.

Irfanview and Adobe Photoshop. That's what I use.

I use Paint Shop Pro 7

Anything that uses layers works for me.

The standard is Photoshop, but psp 7 is a cheaper alternative.... but I use Photoshop... exclusively

pffft, they're both the same price :P

Anyhow, Photoshop is more proffesional and Paintshop Pro is more user friendly.
Altho i find psp6 and 7 less userfriendly. But i think if it's the 1st paint prog you're gonna use you might aswell teach yourself Photoshop.

My idea is that PSP is more suited for small graphics like 64x64 tiffs or small webgraphics.
