Okay so I went to a Fear Factory gig on wednesday and they were the band I've ever experienced so far.
There was a guy who attended that recorded the entire show (with the first two acts 'October File' and 'Sylosis') and uploaded it to his website, here: http://seansrecordings.blogspot.com/
I will be uploading a few videos of the show to YouTube soon.
FYI: The so called 'messed up' tracks aren't really that bad, the only problem is some clicking and the audio sometimes switching from stereo to mono.
Here's Resurrection and Final Exit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjc4SFx9H78
You may need to wait for the video to finish processing
EDIT: Is it just me or does the official Resurrection remind anyone else of the GTA2 style (i.e. set 3 weeks into the future)
