Now this part would go to the mass email part of osc, but it didn't want to do it, So i'll post here.

Do to the interests of the parent site stockchase. I regret to inform you that the osc forums will be removed from the osc website. thank you to all the members who posted there. I suspect I'll be around here more often now, since I cannot go off to lurk in my own forums.

Well we're good as long as the main site stays up!

I don't know how long I'll be able to keep it on that server. My grandfather's website has become very successful, and i'm not sure if they want to be sharing their name with my site.

To keep those posts, James should copy the phpBB2 folder from his webspace to his local hard drive. When you got a new place to put up your website again, you should be able to just copy and paste the stuff to that new location and your forums works again, with all the post/members/information intact.

Thanks for the info, I'll see if I have a backup of it somewhere.
