1920s: from TDR2000 to Carmageddon 2

Hello, this must be the fourth time I try to get started with this port. Never went this far though, thanks to Errol's Flummery. It's far from complete though.

This is only the main textured mesh.
To-do list:
- Figuring the scaling properly (currently TDR:C2 = 5.88:1)
- Restore smashables (fences, windows) and fountain flow (they weren't part of the main mesh
- Find a way to place all the noncars
- Same with powerups
- Rotate the whole track according to C2's light source
- tons of other stuff omg
