Carmageddon 2 Conversions Lists

Howdy fucks,
Just adding this here as this place is in it's half-decade lul as the moment.
I've updated the C2 Conversions lists for the first time in exactly 7 years, added a bunch of mods from 2013 by Tosh and one by Pip. Let me know if I've missed anything.
