Well actually I have to give credit to Tosh for that one, because when I done my Monster Beetle I couldn't get the 4WS to work and he sorted it for me.

Coffey: Shall I hijack this thread for me stuff this year or start a new one? I like the pics by the way

Yeah, I started this thread for you to use in 2013. With C:R not scheduled to come out until the end of 2013 we'll need to keep modding C2 for a while longer.

Beep,Beep bloody beep, beep, so here we go again, have spents hours trying to work this one out :supercrazy: Okay so car splits smashes blah blah blah, but when it comes to repairing it, it gets to a certain point and locks the computer and have to reboot. Any ideas? I have checked all the textures, Have changed the bounding boxes ( No complex boxes) and the F##ker still does it. :poo:

Any help, advice welcome, or I will become an alcoholic.

Aww crap, I hate when this stuff happens. It freezes when you repair? WTF.
I don't think I've ever heard of that. Yikes. Maybe Harm or Tosh have an idea.

That is odd indeed. Did you change some of the sounds perhaps? It could be that the sound for a repair finish isn't working properly or is referenced to in the wrong way...

otherwise, can you share the WAM and TXT file? Perhaps I can take a quick peek for oddities.

Pip: If you open a copy of your model in PT2 and use the optimize object function then check object for errors on the main object, what does it say?
(Don't save the model unless you've made a backup of your stuff beforehand, these functions can damage the meshes sometimes)

Sounds to me like the engine has a problem resetting either vertices or then actors matrices.

Hi, I done that and the message said " model seemed okay" but I think I have cracked it  Looks like it was the good old bounding box crap again. I had 4 boxes, top, bottom, frt bumper and back bumper. Now i have just 2; top and a basic box at the bottom and I have crashed the Bastard (car, not computer) all afternoon and so far no problem

But thanks Tosh, and also Harm for the ideas.

You can find the ENB Series for C2 here  The included readme says it all I think. It includes dgVoodoo as it's the only glide wrapper that 'supports' ENB (and it must be set in DirectX9 mode within the config menu). So if you have nGlide or Zecken's installed as a global glidewrapper you'll have to uninstall it beforehand. After that it's pretty straightforward, just swap the enbseries.ini files or even edit it in notepad.

There are a lot of presets available online but as C2 supports a limited number of effects, they are not always fully effective. I'll soon update the archive at RR2000 with a more complete selection of presets for C2 :swink:

Oh and it's SHIFT+F12 to enable/disable the mod while ingame. You know ENB is hooked once the game is started if there's a message in the top left corner.

Hi! Okay so in 1984 Peugeot entered into group B rallying, these monsters were around about 500bhp 4 wheel drive and in the end, killers. To enter group B Peugeot had to make 200 road going versions of there monster rally car. And here it is, It had a mid-mounted 200bhp turbo charged engine 4x4 and weighing less than a cigarette paper. I give you ( or in the next couple of days) the Peugeot 205 turbo 16.

out of all small french cars, the 205, and renault 5 are the only ones I actully like, so.. ya. Cool,

I must try this out later, but from here it looks accurate, and nice, and like razor said, Any rallyitems coming soon? I have a weird thing for the row of spotlights they use along the front of these older rally cars... Do they still use those lights?

And yes I will come back and complain if it does 700 mph :P

Edit: Just reolised you havent released it yet, Ill go play around with some gta stuff then :P

Hi everyone! Thanks for the comments everyone.
Razor! sadly I will not be doing the rally version  as the model is ENV mapped and I don't have so much time to re-skin. Sorry

Harm: Yes I thought some info might be needed on this one as it is a rare beast.

Maxine: Can It go 698mph pleaseeeeeeeeeeee!

N3wton: Don't get too excited yet but this is a future project.

Christ! where did June go? It seemed like yesterday I posted pictures of the 205. Anyway I have been a little busy, though nowhere near as busy as Maxine and her great Sierra and alternatives.

So peugeot is ready no point looking at more pics of that. but I also made something else, another French car ( what a surprise ) and here it is:

Image

Image

Image

Image

So it is a Citroen GS from the 70's My Father had one of these when i was quite small, But I remember it as a really cool car, with hydropneumatic suspension which meant that it was like driving a flying carpet. ( though I have never tried a flying carpet ) and it was so different to look at other than the usual 3 box design cars of the time.

Thirdly, I was playing around with my old Challenger that I released back in 2011, and I thought it could do with a little update.

Image

Image

Read the read me file for the differences.

So that is it, Hopefully Coffey will have some free time to upload them soon.

Pip
