Unfortunately I have scratch built model making block at the moment  so they are conversions. the Bmw and merc are from NFS shift2 but have a nice poly count, the Trans-am And Cossie are from Forza motorsport 4, when ripping from Forza the models have 5 different levels of details ( LOD ) these are level 3.

Thanks J.B One day I might get around to doing the Merc like Adr's

Anyway, Trans am is a coming, also one of my all time favourite muscle cars, The 71 Plymouth roadrunner, and I will throw in a Camaro Z28 for luck.
Some colour options.

Those are pretty nice Forza 4 conversions. Can't wait to test them. Also that Camaro reminds me to MCF's first C2 car.

Reflective textures are pack,

They seem to look good, Im surprised to see a roadrunner. I love those things.

and the other cars are cool too.
But. you know.. Such modern looking wheels on a Z28, :suicide:

Yeah, I agree with you, Maxine. Those wheels on Z28 look kinda meh...

Whereas the real 71 Camaro Z28 wheels are supposed to look like these:

Hopefully these pictures can help you to remake those wheels, Pip. Also, that orange rollcage should be removed.

I'm just giving you constructive criticism after all. Keep up your good work, Pip!

This thread is to showcase Pip's projects. Kinda not digging cluttering it up with images of other people's cars or requests.

Pip sent me 2 more cars I'll upload later today.

well i dident request anything >.>
I said I disslike the wheels, tho the other cars looked nice, Tho I did not know they were anything from NFS (Im kinda slow and must have missed that)
And in need for speed convertions I belive its compulsory to add aftermarket rims, Learnt that from the GTA community,

Unless you werent talking to me but 'People' seemed to mean more than one.

anyway, Jaw_Breaker, yeah you have the same opinion as me But, I personally wouldent have posted an image about it in someoens topic, Just do what I did and nicley say you disslike the modified wheels and leave it at that :3 Im all about keeping the top bar tidy :P

Just getting along with everyone today!

Okay, I understand, coffey. Sorry for the mess. Next time I won't do that anymore. And sorry for sounding like making request to Pip, I thought I just gave Pip some ideas and suggestions.

@Mad_Maxine
Thanks for your advice, Maxine. Next time I'll try to behave more nicely.

@Pip the Pest
Sorry for messing your thread a little, Pip. I don't mean to ruin your awesome thread. And sorry if I behave a little bad on you, it's not supposed to be like that anyway.

Thanks for releasing your amazing trans am and camaro. I always respect your hard work, Pip. Keep it up!

heh, well I tested em out, and ofcorse broke them.

I do have one more thing tho.. I hope pip is not mad at me but..

I brought a whole bunch of 1970 to the party!

Image
I had to split up all the parts and put them back togeather, as the bumper, front splitter, stripe, rear end, all used the same color, And thats the result.

Ps, the bounding box on mercedes and bmw seem slightly lower than the car,
And yes I modded the suspension on the camaro, Im gona assume it was a mod rocket and thus had some kinda racing suspension so ill let that one slide :P Gona go test the transam I downloaded now,

Also Pic for coffeycup -

Ermmm! why would you be mad. Once it is released you do what you want with it

Actually, where the handling of the Camaro was concerned I originally used your black muscle car from your brief lesson in handling over in the noob section, but I thought it handled like a sack of potatoes so I changed it back.

The bounding box is a little low on the Merc I admit, But I had no problems with the BMW.

J.B As Coffey said: Don't sweat it.

Coffey! Cheers mate

By the way, Can I release this? Ill make it run as a seprate car, giving you all the credit for the model and parts ofcorse, I just did soem orignal factory colors to rebel agaisnt the NFS-ness

Yes you can Maxine, but don't forget also to give credit to turn 10 studios as they are the maker of the original model. The raptor will have a not so stiff suspension

While I am here 2 releases coming. Firstly the 71 Road runner, the model started life as a GTX but I prefer the runner so changed a few things on it. Secondly the F150 SVT Raptor I do not know too much about this beast but it does look mean

Nice work as usual, Pip :)
2013, 15 years after C2's release and still a steady flow of addon cars coming.

BTW you mention that you still use Bemax to convert from MAX to PT2. Is there a particular reason for you to keep using it? Especially as iirc it relies on the .3ds format and thus doesn't support multimaterials. If you have a recentish version of MAX, I strongly suggest you'd have a look at Harm's Carmatools

Harm's Carmatool is great :)
Its good for messing about with C2 cars :P i use it occasionally for fixing smoothing groups of re-mapping textures.
Only thing is i don't know how to setup a car so it works ingame.
