Hey, he's cool. But from the pics I thought he'd have an animated head.

Do you have the other heads or are those pics from somewhere else?

'Cause the animated head isn't hard to do.

i've tried to make others expressions(editing face tris to get expressions instead of add differents face textures ) using HE**B.DAT and HE**C.DAT heads models. but in game, when ped is not scared (when original HE**.DAT is in use) ped's head appear flipped 90 degrees and distant from it o_O

but when it swap others heads, they're in the correct position! Removed these the original head appeared correct :\

Maybe others heads must have the same polycount?

Right now, i'm working on 3 other peds tryng again the same thing and see what happen. Maybe on Gman i've accidentally pressed the wrong shortcut in PT2 and weird things happened  If that weird thing don't show up again i'll relase again gman

Hmm, never heard of that before. Turned 90'? Weird. The "A" "B" and "C" heads they need to be the same size and position as the original. For the "A" head I usually use the orignal head, no changes, just delete rest of body. Use that to compare the different "B" and "C" heads

ok, i'm finishing another ped, this time heads models swap correctly, i've used slightly different head shapes, nothing crazy happened  still not undestand what's wrong on gman but however, as i said, will be relased again, i'll add some extras

I've discovered it's not necessary to insert B and C heads as external files, i've placed both inside the ped model, same hierarchy as others bodyparts, placed in the same position of the normal (A) one.

names as usual. In pt2 looks shitty, but ingame works fine. So i don't need to have 2 .dat,2 .act, and 2 .mat just for heads around in ped's folder. Makes folders cleaner (possibly lighter for the game?) didn't know that before!

I didn't know about having all the heads in one file. Interesting. I don't think it makes a smaller file overall, but it definetly makes less individual files in the folder.
