My freakin' CarED is being stupid as hell. Try as i might, it refuses to open, and i have a prety big vehicle build project in mind. I cant seem to get it to work, because of something with Java.. I usually got help, but the person who help'd me is out of internet for a while.. so im quite annoyed.

Basically, CarED opens, and closes. Says (when i can catch it in a screenprint) it cant find the Java plugin. i un-installed and re-installed Java, and still nothin. Pain in the ass..

What Operating system and what version of the Java Runtime Environment are you using (Direct-X or OpenGL)?

Hah. And i read that topic too ROFL.

Sorry?! i was ... ah.. too annoyed by CarEd! i wasnt thinking right! lol

Yeah ill give that topic a read. Shit, i wana get started.

Ill be modeling a newlook, and a classic... all in my city's colors, making a good 20 variations, both for historical preservation, aswell as for the fun of drivin' em around.

Welcome back all. Good to see vets coming back and trying to fire up CarEd again. I tell people to use search because I personally suck at things technical.

All I know is once I got the path to JAVA correct and dropped the DLL in the right place mine worked.

But I don't even use CarEd now other than to open up someone elses OBJ when they have a problem.
