Ok, I am unfamiliar with C2_Scientist's work, but I just came across some of his videos and I am really amazed at how the car physics are in these videos. Like in this video...

I know his website is down at the moment, but did he ever release a physics mod for Carmageddon 2? I mean the cars in his videos act like a modern racing game and that is just sweet!
Any information on how to get the car physics setup like that would be greatly appreciated.
