You could try and model Buzz's car around the Caterham 7 . They look quite similar.

1982 Ford Escort Mk3 1.3 L (restoration project)
1990 Nissan Micra K10 L (my first car, currently in long term storage)
1995 Ford Escort Mk6 1.3 CL (current everyday car)

Thanks for the comments guys, sorry for the delay been dealing with a lot of crap lately, so here it is so far:

Image

4722 triangles as it is, not much detail on the underside so I might do something with it.

8bit: that's looking hot, looking forward to see the final result

Looking excellent! Something just came to mind...Perhaps, if poly-feasible, add a couple of pull switches on the interior ceiling and maybe a car damage indicator on the dash somewhere (if it's not too obtrusive) those types of things the C1 cars' interior views had.

Maybe not such a good idea...anyway, just a thought. :]

hey sonofaham (or something like that), i started like this back on 2002, making starships and atempt of hman forms, and i ruined a lot of good cars trying to model them... u can model too, if you try and read a lot of tutos. For games, i recomend that u should read a lot of zmodeler car tutos, and some of This guy to learn the basics of milkshape 3d, and start modeling in a hardcore way before 3d max. then u use 3d max and learn the basics.

:shock:and u said that u can't model a car... it's fantastic, u're even better than me when i was using milkshape, i still suck at texturing...

just look at my car's texture, it speak for himself...

Wow your car rocks!!!!Note. The textures on my warlock are used with permission from the original owner.I only created the name plate tex and the warlock number and the mesh.... Also the warlock still has to be texture mapped properly as it isn't done properly due to milkshape....

Never liked it in C1...but this is pretty great imo. Tell me there's an interior? and we can have a cockpit view through the front "mailslide"?

I'm sorry, but that "cop image" is just too friggin' funny! Mostly because that's how I always imagine cops that drive by. haha

Hey guys, is this still on?

That APC looks excellent Coffey, I took an artistic license on the Cullwing, though doing it just plain silver wouldn't be as interesting as this mix of rust, dirt and BLOOD
