Sweet, it works! OK, I bet lots of other people are having the same problem. When trying to post I got a message saying "Invalid host unable to post" or something stupid like that without all the rhyming.

Just open Norton Internet Security,

go to Options, Internet Security, click Advanced Options on the new window,

click the Web tab, click Add Site and add www.cwaboard.com,

click the site just typed in and click the Privacy tab at the right

Next Permit Cookies and Permit Referer.

Check the box next to "use these rules..."

That's it.

Ok, some improvments here... i found out (or perhaps i'm drunk?) that if you want to fix your signature all you have to do is to go to your details page and hit update without changing anything in your "edit signature" fieled. For me it just updated the damn thing (by the way, i've raised the signature size limit, 450 chars now) and fixed the ubb code itself.
