finally, i did it, i thought i never would but i actully did it. i got a car ingame! its ingame but i am still working on it. its not perfect but it is still ingame. im very happy, so even just a "congrats" will be appriciated. but i used Kskins reflective texture he just came out with for the blue and the interior (fire) and the rest of the textures are from the SSR, i talked to JP and he said it was alright if a snagged some of the textures from it. but enough talk here the PIC!

it looks pretty good, the doors need to be skinned diffrent, unless you where going to chrome

the front looks kinda messed up james' is more accurate and imo better looking

yeah the grill was the hardest part for me, but mine and james's are to totally different cars.

EDIT: one more qeustion, what does imo mean?

EDIT: does the front look messed up because of the chrome? cause its actualy really straight you think it would look better if i used Kskins new silver texture?

In the component edit window press the 1st transform, then check the box saying apply to all visible objects, then in the scale section of the same window make it like 1.1 (makes it one time bigger or something) 1.2 even bigger and so on, but to do it half of 1.1 do 1.05 for all sections in scale X Y and Z , to make stuff smaller do from 0.9 to 0.1

@BlackSunshine: thanks for the complement. i made this with CarEd and you can get it over at TSS you need to get cared, JRE 1.2, and JAVA 3D (Directx) or Java 3D (OpenGL). you can get all of these a TSS. i dont think it matters which Java 3d you get, I got the DirectX one.

@everyone else: thanks a lot guys, i really take these comments in and they are really important to me. so thanks!!!!!

@DB, Apex, and anyone else who helped me with my problems in CarEd: with out you guys this wouldnt of happened. so thanks. and to get more into detail,

Thanks to DB for: i never wouldve been able to make a car with out the help from DB, I couldnt even make a box, but DB, helped me out with that a lot. then i could make a box (my first accomplishment!) so with out DB i wouldve probably just forgot about makin cars for c2, and moved on with my boring life.

Thanks to apex for: Apex helped me out with Iterating and a lot of stuff like that, this car would've looked like shit without the help of Apex.

Thanks to both for: both DB and Apex helped me out with a lot of errors, so i wouldnt of been able to get this car ingame with out them.

@anyone else i forgot: im sorry i forgot you, but thanks.

you just do it the same way you would take one of your desktop or whatever. you just press the

prnt scrn button, then go to paint or any close to paint, then paste it.

i think the front would look better overall if you made the bumper have some kind of texture...so it looked more detaild, the crome is just a bit much, but other than that, it is great!

ok, so what if i put a license plate in it somewhere, and then i just used Kskins newsilver texture? but if thats not good, then give me all you got

EDIT: ok ive tryed some different colors, and im really not likin it. it looks like crap with any other color so im just gonna have to change the whole bumper, what im probably gonna do is, find a good pic of a real E$calades bumper, and make the same thing, if anyones got any good pics of an E$calades bumper could you post it please

thanks macacom, but its not gonna be ready for awhile im still working on some things/problems. if i had to put an estimate, it might be completely done it a whole two weeks! but i have reskinned it to make the skin look not as much disagreeful as it did before. i did a titanium color and the same blue, just fliped the colors so they would fit a LITTLE better. you can notice i havent done anyhting with the bumper yet, i will probably work on the new one tomorrow.
