Hi there,

I've been working and experimenting with the path systems in the last couple of days. It's f****** great to see cars and peds driving and walking around in the map! I've done all of the beaver city traffic, but it turned out to be quite difficult to connect uneven roads. A lot of roads have 5 or 3 lanes, but when you go around the corner there are suddenly 4 or 2 lanes. And because GTA cannot do that transfer really good on its own, cars suddenly make a 360 or act really weird. I've solved most of these problems now finally with a little trick! hehe.
I tested some traffic lights, but they don't seem to work very well at the moment. I think I need some help with that.

Today I allmost finished all car/ped paths of the total lower world without trafficlights. (the maps in the sky still have to be done) It's amazing to see all the cars and peds running around! Really cool. I still have to fiddle with the trafficlights though, so now they are still just running red and green lights. :)

In total for the path system, I'm at about 75%...

the total traffic file contains more than 2000 lines... :( all hand placed! :uho:

Ive also changed CJ to represent Max Damage more... just need to make his head a little more red and that should do the trick. :)

Oh, and I've managed to get the train path working. I've made three train station stops, one in the bleak city outskirts, one at the beaver city, and one near max's end of town. And I want to make the train station buildings and waiting area's as well. You can drive the train for about 7 minutes to get around the map! :)

This is a video from the GTA Alien City conversion, some fast cars are running around a race track.
It should be fun in Grandcarma's race circuit !!!

Yes I keep good track of the Alien City mod as well... Shouldn't it be released in a couple of days/weeks?

those cars in the racetrack are done by scripting I believe. Since my scripting skills are really lame I can't do stuff like that yet... but I totally dig the idea!
