Bonjour! In case you don't lurk at devWAM!

Converted to BRender format by our very Errol.

Ported and set up for C1 by myself :)

Check out the F-08 thing!

I love ALL of the PSX cars so much. I only played the PSX Version in the past, so my memories only have the PSX cars. My only wish for Reincarnation is that the Murky Marauder & the Stodge Barger come back. :)

Super-bump, sorry 'bout that.

Just updated the 8 PSX cars with much better textures supplied by Errol.

The detail gain is 4:1. Just look at the comparison pic below.

While I was at it, I spent some more time to make the textures better on the C1 palette.

So if you like these cars, just download them again. ALL the textures have been updated

The new textures are a massive improvement. They look heaps nicer now and look spot-on alongside the regular C1 cars.

Them cars look ace, I loved the cars in the psx version, was some of them unique to Playstation then?

Maps are planned later this year. Not the cops though.

I've never actually gotten to play the PSX version of the game, it's so incredibly obscure. These maps look actually incredibly interesting and new to me, I'm so curious to get to play them!

I did play the psx version and it was something of a mixture between carmageddon 1 and 2 but it felt more like 1.

I liked it a lot and these levels were awesome.

Maybe we can port them to reincarnation too.

They'll come to C:R eventually. I worked out the PSX model formats and did the extracts Tosh is previewing. That code will be available to Flummery soon enough.

If anyone found a way to mod this:

Car into C:R I would love them forever. It's my favorite car. Anyway I hope this post came through how I intended, new to posting in general and even more so to Carmageddon. Thank you for reading anyways :)
