I remember a special demo level being given away on a PC mag CD. I'm thinking it was PC Gamer. It was one of the snow-bound levels, but was (IIRC) more Christmas themed. Just wondering if anyone remembers this, or even better, if there's any chance of it re-emerging so I can enjoy some nostalgia.
On a similar topic, which magazine was it that had the preview for Carmagedon where they got taken to a demoltion derby type event?
