Razor! Then how did you find me??

My sodding xbox did the red ring of death recently. Microsoft kindly collected it, fixed it and returned it for free though. So I'm still happy!

Re: Installing C1/2 on a mac

<t>By the way guys I can confirm that this runs fine for me on XP via Parallels. Only thing is that Parallels won't show it fullscreen but that doesn't bother me much. I've just dug out my C2 disc so that's next up. CarEd is running fine in Parallels too, although surprisingly I had to resort to DB'...

Well I don't have a maximised browser. I like to see other parts of my computer. But I am on a mac so maybe its different. I'll keep your comments in mind.

/oldsite/jp/Ruin should still be there for now, probably will move it somewhere easier.

That Sno-Cat has the right sort of thing, I'll investigate that. Once I actually install C2/CarEd/PT2 that is, at the moment I've got as far as installing XP and then installing C1. I got stuck on the playing C1 stage at the moment ;) its been many years since I played C1. Fun!

New Carma site "C2 Insanity"!

Shit! I agree with Toshiba-3 about the music.. I personally don't tend to have any music playing, and going from silence to that, quite loud, just scared the crap out of me. Damn!

Thanks guys. New v7 now looking much more like the old v6, just a few slight tweaks here and there. I liked Soup's idea of a theme of spraying cars, but it turns out I'm not creative enough for that  instead I made a title image in a graffiti sort of style.

Re: T-35 five-turret WWII tank

My first thought was one similar to CoffeyCup. Looks like a lot of work to make that in CarEd.. it looks great, I'm assuming from how detailed it is that is is accurate. Will be great to see it skinned and running. Definitely one that needs a new engine sound eh? Something chuggy..

To use this technique well you probably need to make a complete component of the whole car (ie monocoque body) which would look much smoother but also means yo...
