Problem solved

CAN'T RUN THE GAME
Can someone help me?
On my new PC (athlon 1800+, radeon 9000 (directx 8.1), 256 DDR, WIN98) I'm unable to run tdr2000.
When I run it, I get the splash screen, then it says loading. But thereafter nothing happens!
Please help me someone!!!!
