Re: 84 HellVue Hearse

Alot of the pages are dead on crashoc because the server went case sensitive on me where it wasn't before. You have to fuck around with the letters and make em lower case if there's a capitol usually. Anyways I can still get to the files. hearse link http://www.fileplanet.com/hosteddl.aspx?3dactionp...

Re: Your Ride?

<r>Thanks for the comments guys, yeah the 98 looks great in that pic but she's pretty rusty, the bottoms of all the doors are shot but the stainless trim hides it well, the rear floors are bad and the frame is bad from the rear wheels to the bumper. I love it but after this winter she will be retire...

Right now it's this '82 Olds 98 for winter... http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m202/havvik/olds8.jpg In the spring it'll be the '80 Mirada again. Re: fifty something - '57 Royal Lancer

metallica, good guess, but the 331/354/392 hemis were only used in Imperials and Chryslers, Desoto and Dodge had their own hemis ranging in size from 241-345 Ci , in '57 Dodges could be had with either a 245hp/345tq 4 barrel 325ci or a 310hp/350tq dual quad 325 "red ram" hemi. If you're in...

fifty something - '57 Royal Lancer

I've been working on this for a while off and on but it's nearly done, a '57 Dodge Royal Lancer. You don't see these too often as the '57-'58 Plymouth seems to have been alot more popular but these look meaner I think. All thats left model wise is front seats, glass, tail lights and few minor things...

Re: Scamper this way

I wouldn't call the '64-'66 barracuda's muscle cars, I like 'em but they were meant to be a sporty economy car when new, many had slant six's and the biggest motor available was 'lil 273.. it was meant to compete against the mustang, although they beat the 'stang to the market by a few months. Same ...

that GTO above is a '71 not a '70... If you want a '70 I did one years ago, not the greatest by today's standards but pretty good and only about 3500 polys

<t>that color looks good on it, I know the original color is a little ugly, but I wanted it to be the same color as the shitty real one I have the pleasure/torture? of driving in the winter. Although it could have been darker, it only takes a few minutes to change the color on a skin. And yes, it is...

I finally got some work done on this thing the over the past few days, and now it's pretty much all there. Only took about 5 months! Some of the textures arn't that great cause I didn't bother to take pics of the real one, so I did my usual of find a decent side pic, and 75% of the other textures ar...

Re: the shadow knows...

I know it's taking too long, but it's almost there modeling wise, just needs the hood and glass, and maybe a driver...4400 polys thus far not bad for the detail that's in it i think

<r>Although Chrysler had input on the design obviously, the actual body design was done by Italin Ghia, which is also the reason most were destroyed after the test. Chrysler sent the chassis overseas and ghia put the bodies on. Since they were techanically "built" in Italy, chrysler would have to pa...
