<r>Unless you can see on the logs that they're effectively remotely connecting w/o telling you, I'm pretty sure it's just the remote assistance account. If you're concerned about that, you can disable it in the user accounts console.....or just reinstall the OS, my memories of Dell systems say that ...

Oh no, I got that, I was suggesting the use of a visible fence instead, as I find the invisible one a bit weird.

Re: Snowy Four Xmas track download

<r>Nice desktop! As for the map, it runs fine and is actually fun to play. And the invisible wall seems to work fine here....no freezes. One suggestion, though: perhaps replace it w/ a visible fence, like on a NASCAR track? The first time I played the map, I kept trying to kick opponents out of the t...

Actually, it looks like a driver issue. You might want to check out the anisotropic optimisation settings, also if you use a glidewrapper, the LOD factor if any.

Keep in mind that if the main actor represents such space that the view auto-zooms beyond the clipping distance when you load it, zooming out further will NOT improve things.

Yes, the noncars will work w/o preprocessing, but you'll be limited in terms of total # and # of types if you do that. Glad to see more from you, dude!

XP does indeed have exactly that function, incl. random transitions. If that's not enough for you, a company called Dcat makes an even more customizable one. It was free the last time I checked it out (which was a while ago).

Try switching off perspective correction in the Ati control pages. It's an old problem. The driver's hw perspective correction interferes w/ C2's sw one and produces this effect. I'm pretty sure that was the fix anyway.

Re: 2009 Challenger Pics **56k Run Scared**

Man, it's a VERY different story over here, we consider anything over 2 litres a 'big' enigine! Well, it might be that gas taxes in most US states account for 14-20% of the price, tops. Contrast that w/ 79% in the UK(I think?) or 85% in France. $4-5 per gal. would make the US car market look like e...
