I got it finally to work on WinXP but now I can't believe my eyes, the game looks very ugly! Like it's running on software mode or at least on very low resolution. Any ideas what's wrong?

My display adapter is geforce2 MX.

I did the above thing and now it works (THX), but now, is there a way to play with a joystick (a steering wheel [Sidewinder Precision Racing Wheel])
