The latter option, using an emulator and dumping the textures, has worked well for me in the past (for the destruction derby mod), so I would try that first

Sweet mod man. Where did you get the model? I remember trying all kinds of things with the material flags, but could not find anything hidden back then. Perhaps it can still be done with some hex editing... nice find for the funks by the way!

Wow that does look impressive! Both tracks fit the C1 atmosphere very well from the looks of it.

I wonder how Mastro managed to get those models from psx games...
