Does anyone know whats wrong? (TDR related)

I got the game today installed it but when I start it up and watch all the movies after the last one plays and the music starts it just sits there and plays the music...i installed the 2 us patches but now they say i have to insert the cd when its in the damn drive

2 US patches? there is only one i am aware of, the other is for UK and Euro versions.

Uninstall both patches and then the game, reinstall and only install the 'US MINI PATCH' the one that is 1.3Mb

Umz the UK patch is ment to be installed on the US version then the US mini added to it so that it will find the cd.

So installed US game, then UK big patch, then US mini patch

Most US versions dont need the UK patch, besides he already tried that and it fucked up.

I have these 2 installed

"Carmageddon TDR2000 Upgrade Patch"

"Carmageddon TDR2000 US Mini patch"

both downloaded from driven to destruction...and a few times elsewhere to see if those were screwed up...but it still gives me please insert disc into cd rom drive...ARG

I fixed it...if you get error message with mini update patch...when it asks for a destination folder...type in the box "xicat" instead of "sci"

also i havent found how to get replay on tdr.

i know their stupid but its always the stupid things that kick me in the nuts
