Under each car change the cost to 1 that way all cars you get to buy will cost only $1000. I do not know if it works on the UK version but it definetly works on the US.

Car cost cheat
Go into your TDR2000\assets\cars directory and open up the Car_Descriptor text file.
Under each car change the cost to 1 that way all cars you get to buy will cost only $1000. I do not know if it works on the UK version but it definetly works on the US.

You know if you go to http://planetmaim.cjb.net you can find a patch for that (UK only)
