Re: HELP
Could be the video card. I doubt that's up to running it. You'd want to try software mode.
Un-install, run defrag, scandisk and a virus check. (C2 is 'sensitive' to the presence of a virus- quite handy)
Make sure you have plenty of HDD space. Then re-install. Don't install over the old copy, or the demo.
Note any error messages you get.

Re: HELP
The error is always a general protection fault, and Dr.Watson says: CARMA2_HW.EXE performed an invalid memory access.
Module Name: CARMA2_HW.EXE
Application Name: Carma2_hw.exe
Is therea patch out there that I can get rid of this crap? If its the video card, I dont want to have to go out and buy one!!!

Re: HELP
What OS? Carma 2 gets funny on NT/2000 (sometimes). It's happier on 95/98/Me. Depends on your hardware, though.
Anyway, carma 2 is really fussy about other things running at the same time.
Make sure you disable all other software that's running- nothing in the tray but the clock and sound icon.
Also, download new device drivers and DirectX.
Lastly, run in software mode.

Use msconfig to disable any other options during start-up.
Un-install, delete all C2 files and try re-installing the game in safe mode.
If it still doesn't work, take it back, get a refund and buy TDR2000.
