:supercrazy: Flummery may not work on my old PC, but is there a public release to try? (I have found v.0.3.8.0 on RR, but exe date is 2017)

I wonder how mini coop data look like since this car crash by default and how look like data which I have shrink (drop some parts) to work?

What if data points are inside model? Is this possible to disable car view, but leave crush data only (or display car semi transparent, or display crush data as wire frame)?

This link is sometimes updated http://temporarydomainname.co.uk/Flummery-v0.3.8.0.7z but what's seen above is still WIP and not available yet.

Does the Mini Cooper crash in a Splat Pack only installation? Does it crash DOS executables?
From recent exchanges with anons on /vr/, it seemed like merging C1 and SP together is the source of most crashes.

Flummery can display models in wireframe mode if needed (W key).

Thanks for the link and info :) - the file date is 2018.02.07, but it crash on my old PC (version form 2015 working and "say" it's updated...). I need to try on another one, but currently I have total mess there...

As far as I remember it crush with win exec only (no matter which version).

Yes - as you already know - it's source of most crashes when we just put the files together as it was before (just because they made some changes and broke some files - including that damn font from 3dfx patch), but I think we get rid of most (I think all except for save game crash) in Meld Pack (maybe still something is wrong in pedestrian file since I wasn't checked it as I done in Mastro's SE).

Just jumping in to say that Flummery uses .NET 4.6.2 which I think needs Window 7 or newer.

Putting the SinCity palette to good use! Great screenshots!

Here's a (old) one from me:
Image

Still very WIP as the rear wheels should turn in the opposite direction, and the "steering stick" must lean a bit to the left.

Replaced DEPTHCUE.TAB with a red variant to create a red fog:
Image

Too bad this isn't something we can simply specify in a race's text file...
The game loads BLUEGIT.TAB (blue fog) and ACIDFOG.TAB (yellow) but doesn't seem to make use of them (they're not used in the water nor acid) and we can set the depth mode to these either.

A thing I'm doing, vehicle ported from Driver 3.
Gotta finish the paperwork, then I can release and do all of the other vehicles from the game.

Nice screenshots once again :) Your cars look good in that palette too!

I'm playing with the fog settings. (this is what happens when you set a negative value the second fog parameter)
I don't understand what's going on at all. I think the second value was meant to be some kind of repetition.

I simply ported the Eagle MK1 and Maim Street to Carmageddon which I run in software mode (patched to 640x480)

Your last pics don't show atm btw. I tend to use imgur.com to host pics, never failed so far (still salty about imageshack taking everything down many years ago).

From my garage

I can release the first two, although that tanker is not the most beautiful of vehicles.

The last one cannot be released as it is one of a ten car pack i'm working on.
And one of the cars its obj file got overwritten by mistake.
