Hey, I dont go to the carmageddon forum much, just here, so Im bound
to miss a sticky thread...
Can I back up the whole game content file of C:R just incase I screwup modding the current version? You know, reinstalling C:R sounds like a nightmare.

Some worry about backing up files within steam and mods

Ya I suppose you can make a copy of whatever .ZAD file you touch. But don't people usually just make a new .ZAD that overrides the original? Make a new .ZAD that just contains the modified files and named usually starting with 'zz' i.e. 'zzMyMod.ZAD' so it falls at the end of the ZADs.
