Uh yeah, I'm on a 3 ghz 2gb of ram, and a geforce 7600 gs 512mb and when I use glide wrapper to play c2.the framerate freezes, then runs good...then freezes again.
I'm getting too confused, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my graphics drivers and no luck,
hell I even tried different glide programs, this doesn't happen on other games...

Well, you can try right-clicking on your Carma2_hw.exe and make sure Compatability mode set to to Windows 95

Do you have a dual core? you might need to to run single affinity.

I tried the compatibility setting,it failed....anyway it seemed to do the same thing on direct 3d...although the new graphics drivers made the picture flicker and some textures disappear.
as for my cpu, its a amd athlon xp 3ghz single core.
I just may need a thorough f-disk, I don't know what else to do.

I used glidewrapper for the longest time and then it just wouldn't work after installing drivers for blu-ray player.
Had to switch to using dgvoodoo. Menus are looking strange but game plays fine.

Is the CD in the drive? If not-C2 may be looking for the music tracks.
If you have a cracked .exe or summat and no CD, make sure the 'music' option is turned off in settings menu.

C2 looking for the CD to play music will cause that.
