I just installed it on my new pc and i get this whenever i boot up the game:

Ah, I got that error too when I installed TDR 2000. The solution is on this forum somewhere, because it worked for me.

I'll try some of these ideas at some point, cheers for the help.
EDIT: I can get it working in Compatability mode for 95 or 98 but xfire ingame doesn't work then, oh well. I never had any problems on my old 1.4ghz P4, maybe something with SP3 on this PC that does it, who knows but at least it works.
