You're right that I ended up on an actionplanet page that said some files require a subscription?

I could have sworn I downloaded my copy from that link 2 or 3 weeks ago.

Anyway, here's the zip I have.

http://coffey.polygonized.com/files/OffQuay.zip

It doesn't come with a .c2t file so you need to add it manually to your races.txt

Doe a search of the forum if you don't know how to do that

Most probably you don't got the noncars installed, didn't hear you talking about that saying you did that. Look in above posts for the link to noncars.zip. Then it SHOULD work.

For christ sake just get the noncars.zip when i say too! I know you got Bleakcity v2 installed but i believe it doesn't have all the noncars that Offquay requires.

I probably may not do this but here's the direct link: http://www.toxic-ragers.co.uk/files/car ... oncars.zip

Extract that in carma2/data/noncars

Don't come back unless you did what i said
