The post starts with complements to the game and whatnot, and then a random, off-topic "buy soundcloud likes" spam link. It could just be a goofball that geniunely thinks the game is good, but in the end, posted something, but the fact that it's about something so asininely spammy like buying Soundcloud likes, and the fact that it was posted on a long dead off-topic thread makes it clear that, yes, indeed, it is a spambot.

@FatCat - Captchas are not really that good at stopping spammers - they still get through and they are an annoyance to real users which isn't ideal. Looks like I'll have to make some changes to the spam blocking I currently have in place!
