Nice! This would be made from that orange civic right? Don't know if I ever mentioned it to you but that was a fun car, I use it a lot, fun to smash up!

I cant see the big images on the lod site for some reason.. they dont seem to be clickable, but whatever.. what is this "dream car2" is that by Beroc "Level of detail" destruction?? that looks fancy sweetness.. kinda like sproket judging by the lil thumb pics.

He he, thanks Auto. But no, this is an original model, the 1996 Civic I made is a totally different shape. I assure you the next update wont be 3 months down the line, its more like 5 or 6 . I will try and make this one fun to smash also

Stands at 6364 triangles at the moment, which isn't that bad since most of those are in the wheels. Wheels dont deform so your PC wont have to deal with moving loads of vertices at once.

The car itself, with the wheels removed is 3332 triangles, I had a word with Beroc about this and he told me it wouldent be a problem but if it was I would just have to optimise the wheels a little bit, no biggie.

Thanks for the interest.

Wow thats alot of polys in the wheels. But i think it is worth it. since textures sometimes just don't cut it

Rave's car has eyebrow-things on the headlights, are you not putting them in?

I showed him the model without them and he decided he didnt like them anymore and said he was going to remove them from his own car. So they wont be making an appearance on the model.
