Why no one would care, I think it's because of this one - "These alphas look a lot worse than the final version, and are actually not much better looking than Caramgeddon2."

The line is telling some obvious (for some) stuff. It's a Very rare thing an alpha look better than the real thing. I would even say it have never been (not what I've seen, that is).

And then comparing it to C2. Just that is kind of a no-no too. Yes, it's a Carmageddon game with all it's similarities among the other two. But there's a bug bunch here who look down on it, and for them the "not much better looking than C2" is so obvious that it's not worth to mention. THe whole thing's been nagged about for years, almost.

It wouldn't matter if it was you, someone else or me who said such as you did before. No one would care, becasue we've seen it before so much.

It's very basic in the beginning. I don't know if I would stand it, to make several versions of the same car model. It's not fun. I do 1, then I'm satisfied. And for an alpha I would too make a more solid foundation in the game than finish of really hot cars at the start. What we can see a lot of stuff is not implented. Their kind of there, but not used. The "trailer" thingy would be damn cool to use!

Register and then browse is good. Which gives you a view of what things that's been around before you came. It's something diffrent than register and then start pumping out post after post. Especially posts that's been talked about several times.

Actually, I do care, especially when it comes to TDR. I'm one of the few around here who Do care about that game. I like that game.

Oh it's a while I was not here. And I saw this thread turned on a flame thread, rather than just an "nostalgic-reminder-look_how_the_game_changed" thread... Bah...nevermind

I ain't saying anything but I would prefer posting on an old thread than making a new one that has already been posted... and if I want to say something I say it  but no need to flame somebody for contributing to a thread.. and hey, were all writing on this thread  so what is the big deal here.. sorry for bringing this up again
