Using Steam to take Screenshots

Post by coffeycup »

If you add Carma 2 to your Steam library and launch from with Steam,
you can use F12 to get screenshots without using Fraps.

It's been helpful because Fraps doesn't always work when running C2 for me .

Yes, FRAPS or even taking screenshots the old way don't seem to work anymore lately (for me).
However I constantly have ENB running with C2 even without effects and it also does a good job at taking screenshots and saving them to a file :)

Been using Steam for Carma screenshots for years now, the ingame overlay can be a bit wonky at times but I've never had issue with the screenshots capture

Ok, so I'm a little late to the game. Heh.
What I do like is you can hold down shift to hide the replay controls while hitting F12.
Fraps wouldn't let you do that.

Fraps didn't like if I held down shift. Wouldn't take a screenshot.
