I guess some of you already saw both these videos, if you didn't, have a look! Looks like Pinball mode in GTA 4! Actually the author of these videos simple set a negative wheel friction.

Second one has funnier scenes IMO.
I wonder if we could achieve the same with C2 by changing that much a value related to wheels physics.

In video description is said, "the way you do this is to find your handling.dat file in your GTA4 folder, edit "wbias" to be around -9 for each car."
