Snowmageddon

Post by coffeycup »

Snowmageddon. That's what they're calling the snowstorm that hit the mid-atlantic states, actually Obama called it that I think.

I wonder if he's a closet Carma fan? It sounds like a great winter-themed Carma level! Makes me want to play the old winter C1 and C2 levels like Fridge Racer, Chiller and Snow Way Out.

Hundred of thousands of people without power on Super Bowl Sunday! Talk about a national crisis!

Doesn't the National Guard have big, mobile LED screens thay can bring into the town squares??

We had a few inches of snow here in Ireland about a month ago. Brought the whole country to a halt. Suffice to say we are just not prepared for icy weather here. We had no grit for the roads and water pipes burst (we still have no running water where I live in the evenings).

Thankfully we're back to normal weather here, for a while anyway.
