looks like a regular c-10 shortbed step side, somewhere between 1972 and 1988 seeing as how the only differences in those years is the front clip. Most likely 4wd

@TTR dodge made the Li'l Red Express in the late 70's after emissions control killed the muscle car race, but "sport trucks" were not being regulated yet. Pretty cool...for a dodge.
