First, Volkswagen put a W8 into a Passat, now they've put a W12 into a Golf! Next they'll put a Bugatti Veyron engine into a Polo!

That's the same engine that goes in the Bentley Continental & Flying Spur.

I can almost imagine n3wton drooling over this. :smile:

Actually, that's most likely VW's rather amazing DSG - dual clutch - gearbox. Uber-fast, precise and good.

Maybe so, but it still takes away from the enjoyment of shifting a good old fashioned H-pattern manual 'box.

that golf is gorgeous!! as for the cilos just yuk! they are awful! so many boy-racers have them, and they think they are in the ultimate machine!
