6000 LE = GOOOLE = "Ghoulie" *updated*

Post by TheJabMan »

The Ghoulie, a Mazda Pickup, and a 84' 5th avenue...

I'll get vidcaps up in a bit, teasers?

Image

Ghoulie.

Image

Cutting up cars, jk... bad jk... anyhow.. Me in the red and later in the white.

Image

Trucks prancing about, hitting eachother and so on.

Image

5th Avenues differential was fucked because it had these for tires.

Image

Since It's diff was messed, the driveacle snapped... so run it till it dies.

Image

Getting pitted.

Image

Payback on the truck I could catch

Image

Worth a shot, it's got no clearance, and the waterhole slows it down.

Image

Same case here, but this one doesnt get stuck when it lands in the mud.

Image

Harrassing the Festiva... it had allready been molested by a tractor, hence roof.

Image

The "incident"

Image

Still moves, fair game.

Image

Yank, game over?

Image

Fuck no!

Anyways, shame about the 5th Avenue, I was looking forward to it.

We don't have the vandura yet, but meh... more cars later in summer.

Lol, that looked cool. I liked the jumps and the fence. That thing sure took the abuse well!

Hehe.. I like how the "celebrities" rear axle came off.. and you still kept going without it (say.. fwd does come in handy sometimes), I like how you ran through a fence more, though.

You guys gotta find lots of things to run down like that for next time; crappy bikes, shopping carts, baby carriages, old metal lawn chains and patio sets - whatever crap you can find that looks like it would be fun to run into at high speeds!

Ha! That's hilarious!

Crazy thought: since it'd fwd and no rear axle, why not try choping it in half and say you got it for half off at the dealership!?!!

How did the little Mazda truck fair?

You would if it was private (and not someone else's ) land

Or far enough out of the way for anyone to notice (And not on heritage site or something)

man, you guys must really find some cheap cars to be able to flog them like that. I wish i had more land, I would probably do the same thing with the abondance of $100 cars around here.

Infact, i just got offered a volvo wagon by my science teacher, i just gotta put a radiator in it, maybe if i decide not to keep it as a winter car, ill do one of you're style jumps.

How do you dispose of them once they wont run anymore, I figure by that festiva they just sit out in the field? Do you actually own that land? I guess that would be ok, otherwise you'd probably have to tear out VIN numbers or any other way they can figure who owns the cars should people come across 'em?!

It's mikes farm... theres 3 fields.

We get rid of them the same way they come, on the trailer... well the 5th Avenue is still there because we cant drag it, the diff is messed and wont roll... so we have to winch it up, which slides the ramps up, so... we figure a tractor with pallat forks'll be needed. The festiva has just been neglected. Theres a guy who does demo derbies, he takes some of them, he took the 323 once it was cooked... the buick will probably never move as its part of the ground and the way it got there was by heavy machinery... so it will be memorial scenery, other than that we can usually get rid.. if not they can kick around for a bit as it's his farm... his parents arent thrilled, but hey.

And that little Mazda truck is still running, its on its last legs though... need to be pushstarted as it's manual. Not to mention, the gastank is a small jerry can with a batter-operated fuelpump duct-taped to it in a milkcrate attatched to the box.

you guys should take them to the scrap metal yard. They normally pay by the pound, and often, a $100 car is worth more than you paid for it because of the price of steal. Most metal yards want a title with the car though, but i usually get around it by cutting it up into small enough peices that they can't really say that its one complete car.

I scrapped my dead toyota corrolla that i paid $100 for, it really only needed a break job, but the ranger presented itself and i decided i didn't need it anymore, i've made 110 off it already and i still have the chunk from the firewall forward, aka the heavy half
