LOL, thats awesome Alan, a nice snowy city... You gotta release these as mods, they look awesome...

Try to make one that is as realistic as possible, like a real downtown scene, so i can tear it up

Its interesting to actually see a C2 track reskinned, since i never saw it done before i always figured it was just impossible, i even tried to once but i can never unpack every single pixie file for some reason.

it would be cool to see one re-skinned with all new textures, or maybe textures from another game?

beaver mountains reskinned to a non snow track might be cool, i always hated snow tracks

Hello! I actually did a reskin of a desert map. It's entirely metallic for some reason, right down to the rusty cactusses <?>! It, of course, is entirely populated by the evil robots and is very gray and dismal looking.. Here it is:

Image

Isnt that nice?

c2 has to be about the uglyest game, not to mention it's control is sloppy as shit. I would rather poke myself in the eye with a dull buter knife than play c2

Hello! As far as the map skins go: Like I said earlier, I think x-Ray made the snowy one. The other ones I did. The desert one and city one still need more work, more wierdness, stuff like that! I'm going to try and make a map next, which should be great as I have lots of dumb ideas!

Frankly I could care less if you like them or not Econobrick, He said or games you play, those happen to be games I play, and there not huge. 1024x768 is pretty much a stander if not higher for a game, least I didn't post the 1280x1024 ones. and the file zise them self was not huge, if it's more than your connection can handle maybe you shouldn't be looking at a thread called screen shots.

For some of them, you could have done a little resize or cropping (e.g. for the results-picture)... it wasn't exactly amusing having to wait for those, some of us (like me) are still on modem. Besides, there's unfortunately no way to prevent loading of some particular images. Or is there?

True, a quick 50% resize on those would have been much smarter Noodlez.

Here is my small contribution, some real TDR destruction!

Hello! Noodlez, how are huge pics of remote controlled toy cars considered screen shots of a game you play? Thats more of a hobby than a game. (Although I will say I used to enjoy those cars too, still have mine in the attic with the rest of the junk!) Not to be picky or anything as I 'm usually the last person to go breaking others' balls (unless it's a friend, family member or co-worker).

Oh, heh... TDR will do that from time to time, I think I was hit by something, I kinda cheated to get to that level, and most of the cars on police state are stacked against a higher APO then, well none.... so they have alot of power. Needless to say, I had the speed..
