Before you complain go here: https://www.humblebundle.com/resender

Type in your email and submit the form, an email with your key link (and all the other Humble Bundle keys you've bought) will be sent to you. If you still do not receive your key then get hold of someone at Stainless or Humble to figure out the problem.

If you backed less than $25 on Kickstarter or less than $35 on Paypal you will NOT be receiving a key until the 27th.

Can someone sticky this thread? :)

Just to note, the email is one you gave on Kickstarter in the survey. This can be different from one you get your Kickstarter updates in.

I really need to stop drinking on a schoolnight , so a few Jim Beams in, I was flipping around my email account and Humble before realising that I had not backed enough on Paypal :), never ye mind Bakerman you get to play on 27th :)

Sorted. It was complicated tho. I had a different e-mail on my Carmageddon backer site for eletronic goods so I had to log out of Humble and get the keys resent with the other email then log back in to Humble before clicking the link.

Question: I received my key via Humble Bundle, and redeemed it to steam, fantastic! I also got 2 gift links at the Humble site. Now, do these two gift keys also include all the exclusive game contents from this KS? (special car skins, soundtrack, whatnot?)

The $50 tier now has three copies associated? That's nice of Stainless to increases for those who were confused and didn't see the Matrix. Funny thing is, I bumped up from the $50 tier because I needed a third copy, although I don't mind at all that I have a spare to give away in the future now. The $100+ tier states that all gift keys give the same rewards as the backer's "key" so I would say yes to the $50+ tier too. The ones you give your gift links to should also get the Wallpaper, Backer Skin, Future DLCs, DRM-Free copy, etc.

If you've redeemed the game to your Steam account through Humble Bundle, you install it in your steam library and press play, it's as simple as that.

Hi, I have a question

I ordered my key using my amazon account.. But does my key go to the Email address of my Amazon account OR to the Email I put in on the main pre-order page for this website? Because I have a feeling I put in the wrong Email address at the main pre-order page

I shouldn't be getting my key until the 27th anyway because I paid $29.99 but I just want to make sure my keys not getting sent to the wrong Email address :-\

We didn't buy the game from them with that money. We donated it to help fund their project, and in return they've said "We will provide you with this"

We will get the keys at 5PM GMT, but no sooner.

You have no key yet because they're not being sent out until 5pm GMT. That is when Steam activates the game for the public, there is nothing anyone can do to change that fact.

To be fair the key could be emailed out to keep a steady flow of email traffic with a note attached stating the time it will be active, but I suppose...................

and I didn't recieve my key.:(

When i'm clicking resender i recieve this information from humble bundle( email is the same)

I've not gotten my key yet either, but I have a feeling I made a mistake during my preorder process so I've contacts a dev and also contacts HumbleBundle

When you paid for the game, did you get your receipt yeah?

See, you shouldn't delete emails like that.. That was your proof that you bought the game

I've emailed HumbleBundle about my key not coming and they want the transaction ID from the receipt.. So I just hope for your sake that your key comes through ok, because without a receipt it'll be hard to claim for another key I would of thought

No worries, I just wish more people were on the forums right now.. Neither the Dev I messaged or Humble have replied back to me

They're probably busy, and I don't think Stainless can do anything its up to Humble to provide me my key.. Still, this is very annoying either way

Okay, so we both ordered our keys using Amazon payment, could that be the issue? Either way I thought I'd be playing carmageddon by now

I am from the UK, and it is 8:05pm, my timezone is GMT london

Contact Humble with your issue if you haven't already, you should get an automatic reply from them asking for your transaction ID, make sure when you reply with the transaction ID that it's above the dotted lines
