Eruh.. OK. But most of the text file is between END OF GROOVE and START OF MECHANICS STUFF.

I see two crush data entries right after the GROOVES and one right before MECHANICS.

The chunk of code ya gave me included 3 crush data entries.

Where *exactly* do they go to replace what's there? Do the first two entries replace the first two in the text and then the third replaces the last one? Do they all go somewhere together?

OK, from what I see just removing the page of "boolsheeit" and the entries numbers and leaving the stuff Tosh gave me will keep the origami from happening, yes?

I think yes, but...

When I'm finding Crush Data in custom car I just delete all vertex data (the "boolsheeit") and set their count to 0 (in example above currently is 72), leaving all other data as is. When default bonnet is used I'm adding proper Crush Data for it from stock car (like I do in my C1 patch for all cheat cars). When custom bonnet is used, this data should be removed too. We have three groups of Crush Data - 1st probably for simplified model (always empty, not tested), 2nd for main model, 3rd for bonnet model. Each group start from "// CRUSH DATA" comment.

Ah. OK. I've read two of those links before butn never quite understood the actual process of deleting/nulling the data.

Now I get it. Set crush data entries to zero and delete crush data.
(Pointing out the entry count number is a big help).
