that the text file got confuzzled. (But I just checked it against the wheel coords I wrote down and they're OK. WTF???)

Eh? My bad. I dunno what I was thinking.
This new one's the same.
The wheels are rotating around the wheel positions instead of *at* them.
I disremember what causes that and why it happened.

The model I made didn't do this so something musta got corrupted down the line somewhere.
I'm digging thru the text file now and comparing wheel positions in CarEd. I had this problem once with C1 cars when I first started learning how to make them, but have since forgotten what causes this problem.

I'd send ya the working one but it doesn't exist anymore as of yesterday (Total HD reformat/restore due to malware/boot sector issues. That's why I'm downloading the stuff I made again.

So.....I gotta fix this one.

Ok, I do not know what's going on. The one in my game is fine. I thought that's what I had zipped up. To test the download I renamed the good Wezkawa folder so I didn't lose it and then downloaded a fresh one and it was fucked up like you said.

I rezipped my working one and uploaded. Downloaded again to overwrite the bad one, but it was still fucked up! So then I deleted the WezKawa folder downloaded again and it was ok!

Can you try one more time? Make sure you delete the WezKawa folder first then download again?

Don't worry I still have the original email you sent. I'll send that back to you as well.

I have multiple installs of C2. I just downloaded and installed into a different install and is ok...

OK, now I don't feel so bad-it ain't just me with the bunged up bike.

Yeah, dude. Yer all I got for recovering the stuff I made (And LJ over at TSS).

I lost everything.

OK, un-carstock/delete/re-DL and try again.

EDIT* OK, That's *much* better. Works goodly now.

Huh.... Wonder why that happened... I'm installing good stuff into a clean, fresh install of VanillaC2.

I think what must've happened was I accidentally zipped up the .ACT file from the one I opened in PT2 to make the textures two-sided.
And I guess the ZIP wasn't over-writing the .ACT if there was one already there in the game.
Very weird but I think we're good now. :rockon:
