Hmm, I hadn't thought of this as a military vehicle. But I suppose why couldn't it be one?
I realized it was missing taillights so while in there added side panels for signage.
Now I will do a a german skin

@Tosh: How do I "place" a mine within the car by adding a powerup to a smashable?
I looked at your TXT and WAM for the Sor BN12 but didn't see anything. What am I looking for?
I want his hat and the money bags to fly off. Right now you have to go through a mine field to detach them.

About the mine, you have to set a smashable texture somewhere and add a room turn on code to it:
I can't say for the sure whether the explosion origin is the smash or the model's origin. I'd say the latter. And well it detaches stubborn stuff.
Pay attention that if you're playing with your addon to test it, I think that detachables fall off less easily as the player's car than when it's an opponent. Just a feeling I've always had.
About the mine, you have to set a smashable texture somewhere and add a room turn on code to it:

Oh Ok! I have the glass as a smashable so I'll put the room code there. 14 is the number to use? How did you know?

Because it's the powerup code for the mine!
That entry in the wam file activates powerups!
I can't remember testing other powerups, but if it works, one could achieve fun effects using powerups like oh dear bodywork trashed or drunk driver or drugssss etc. :)

Ha ha, ok. Ya, I will try other codes if this works for me. Now I need to wait until I get home from work to try it out.
I guess I'll put the alternate skins in a separate zip so that the file isn't huge? Or do I say the hell with the file size and include everything?

I really like the driver tho, least that made me smile. the whole thing has that kinda early 2000s game feel, as If it were a prop on a shooting game.. I dunno,. Thats just what it makes me think
