Empty Scruple

Idea and model by Agent_Orange
Mapping and port to C1 by Toshiba-3.

"Congratulations! Your LEADPUMPER evolved into a EMPTYSCRUPLE!"

Get it at Road Reaction 2000.

Can people test it in 3DFX mode plz? I'm afraid it might crash.

Bigger like what? Like annoyingly bigger or totaly-impossible-to-drive bigger?

Seriously the size you worked with was insane. Also given the lack of design details and how it's related to Leadpumper this seemed like the perfect size in my eyes for this model. Sure the cab seems a bit small in comparison to the wheels and the lenght of the back, but you choosed the proportions!

But ofcourse you're free to mod the size of the thing and update the archive to your likings. I feel like you're not happy with my port :<

Not sure if you tested it, but it's some fun to drive, I was at first thinking about something like Drifting Saw as a name because I couldn't stop mass killing peds when drifting. It reacts well even if it's a very long vehicle and has some punch to hit opponents hardly.

Ah well, if OK is all you can say to review your model ported ingame, I guess I have nothing more to add either :]

Heh don't worry anyway, no offence taken at all. I'm fairly happy with that item myself as you can have understood.

No I didn't touch the proportions at all. I decreased the overal size. But the length, height, width ratio is still the same. Just try to imagine ingame how long it would have been if I had kept the original size (it was more than three times bigger).

I don't really see it as a big truck actually. More like an evolved Leadpumper. Unique item etc.

Exactly three years later, we updated this item.
Model a bit more clean, changed some textures and mapping, added the number for example, added spinning fan behind the (now broken) grill. Better C1 setup.

Finished this today.

It thus comes with an updated PIX pack for Leadpumper that also works with the original one.
Just have to replace AGENTO.PIX with AGENTO2.PIX by renaming or editing the entry in AGENTO.TXT.

It's at RR2000.

Ha you're right, I forgot to include a TRUCKO2.TXT in 64X48X8/CARS.
I updated the archive at RR, but you can simply duplicate TRUCKO.TXT into TRUCKO2.TXT in that folder.

Cockpit should be fixed as well by duplicating said file. Both cockpit and ext damage images are defined in that very file.
