Wing Ding or Old Birdy Download

Post by coffeycup »

Ok, another weird one.

Cecil 'Wrong-Way' Birdy, the pioneer in flightless folly, flies the fore-runner of the later C2 Birdy.

Though extemely light and almost fast, 'Wrong-Way' never got very far into the air.

It has a narrow wheel base, and because its so light, hitting a ped with a wingtip could flip you around.

So hit peds straight on with the propellor!

I guess there's a limit to 6 'steerable' objects? I have 2 flaps, 2 arms, rudder and steering wheel. When I added

the head (7th) as a steerable nothing happened. So I put it on a slow rock groove so it would move.

hehe, what a beauty! The engine looks real neat imo. And six steering flaps sounds like good detailing Coffey. I think yes, there is a limit to 6 steering elements but I am not entirely sure. Did you use the flip axis trick for those wing flaps? Nice work there.

To get the opposite moving flaps and arms just used a negative number on the 'turning angle'

for the left side and positive number on the right.

Used a dummy object on the tailwheel suspension to rotate 90' along the Y axis.
