Replica choices
I've been speaking with my buddy about fixing up an old car. Just something to do on the weekends. Anyway, it got me thinking about Carmageddon cars. I'm not going to do one (Atleast, not until I have the monies and space to support it), but I shall ask:
If you could convert a car into a real-life replica of any Carmageddon car, which would you choose?

Re: Replica choices
I think it would have to be the Eagle 3, although the first Eagle is cool too.
I kinda wonder how one would keep the Leadpumper cooled. Find an air cooled engine that could power it? Hidden radiators? Or keep the radiator, but have the fan on the front?

Re: Replica choices
I would steer clear on Death race cars as they are not Carmageddon cars really.
Degorean would be pretty cool, haha!
I still like the volkswerker idea, it's too bad you cant get a dragster...

Re: Replica choices
I just wanted to say the heavy impala!
So I'm gonna just say the... Val Hella Cleaver (Sorry Tosh for stealing your picture, but there were no good C1 pictures of that car on google)
Or simply just C2's BIG DUMP. Haha.

Moonchild's Flower Plower?
That would be a novelty ride.

Re: Replica choices
If you were going to bother with this foolishness at all, do it right!
Just find one that's pretty well beyond saving...although personally, i'd still just leave it as it is.
Note the thing above is '73 Caprice and not an Impala, but it's the same difference! a '74 Impala would be even more fitting...if only because of the turn signals they have on the outer edges of the front...
Or take the intro movie route...!
